Terms & Conditions — INDRUM 360

1. Service

INDRUM 360 provides tools to create, edit, publish, and share 360° virtual tours. Access requires an INDRUM account and acceptance of applicable legal versions shown in your account settings.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of panoramas and tour content you upload. You grant INDRUM the rights needed to host, process, and deliver that content through the service. You must have rights to all materials you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt platform security. We may suspend access for violations or non-payment where billing applies.

4. Publishing & visibility

Published tours may be accessible via public URLs, embed codes, or QR codes depending on your visibility settings. You are responsible for what you publish and who receives access links.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and hybrid compatibility modes may affect specific features temporarily.
