1. Who we are

INDRUM 360 is the virtual tour product at 360.indrum.ro. It lets account holders upload 360° panoramas, build tours, and publish shareable links for viewers as part of the INDRUM ecosystem.

2. Data we collect

• Account details: email address and authentication data when you sign in via INDRUM.
• Tour content: panorama images, scene names, hotspots, floor plans, and tour settings you upload.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and reliability.
• Cookie preferences stored locally when you manage consent (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use data

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, store and deliver published tours, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

4. Published tours

When a tour is published, anyone with the link can view the panoramas and metadata configured by the tour creator. Tour creators are data controllers for content they publish and must have a lawful basis to share it.

5. Retention & security

We retain account and tour data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and regular backups appropriate to the platform.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact your INDRUM account administrator for requests.
